Anyone looking into this?  Build 22523 is out.  I have not been able to find any info about changes in the windows network stack.  Maybe Pulse has been using a undocumented api to create the adapter?

Any issues with PDC will be identified and rectified during the official qualification process done by our QA team. However, I'd recommend filing a support ticket, so that support and dev team would be notified about these issues.

This same issue is still happening with pulse secure client 9.1R13.1 (build 12971) on latest Windows 11. The only workaround that works so far is replacing the jnprva.sys file as explained in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqhMLJiLMgU

Sadly, this process needs to be done each time there's a Windows update.

Also, using the Microsoft Store app is not an option for those working with WSL2 or other services that require advance networking.

Having the same issue as everyone else, replacing the driver worked for me on W11 build 22543.
