Windows 11 - Failed to setup virtual adapter

Maybe it has something to do with "no Metric settings" on the Adapter? If you read out the connection, Metric on Ethernet 2 (Juniper Adapter) is not set? Is there an option to change it from auto to fix? maybe 5 oder 10?
