Seeing an issue where Windows 11 users connection keeps flapping between connected and disconnected. I've read some other articles that lead us to the solution of turning on the "Juniper Network Service" in the virtual adapter settings and this does fix the issue temporarily. The problem is that this setting does not seem to stick. The users have to go back in and re-check the "Juniper Network Service" everytime they connect and they are becoming frustrated. We have seen this behavior on both 9.1R.12 clients and 9.1R13. Does anybody have a solution for this?

@cundiffjm Are you using IP/FQDN Split tunneling feature? If yes, then it's expected to connection flapping issues in Windows 11.

Known issue #1 and #7 is about the connection flap in Win11.

Yes, we are using Split Tunneling. So it should be fixed in 9.1R13.1?
@cundiffjm That's correct.
Please, is there a place to download 9.1r13.1???? Really in need due to windows 11 issues.
Please provide a download area for 9.1r13.1. I have tried everything to create a stable connection. 9.1.13 just doesn't do it and all other suggestions made different forums does not work. Even if there is a temporary work around please provide. I don't want to scrub my machine only to install windows 10 and then later go to windows 11. Thank You
[email protected] Any idea when the new client will be available? I've got users having a really bad time with this. Are there any workarounds in the meantime?
@ssorge @cundiffjm 9.1R13.1 release is scheduled for Dec 2nd (Tentative). Mostly, disconnections are due to the tunnel type and protocol (split and SSL mode), so on the VPN server side we should be able to configure full tunnel and allow ESP access only to the users who are running Windows 11 OS.
Did you confirm the known issue# for the users disconnect in your scenario?
