My wife and I both use Pulse Secure to connect to our respectice work locations (different companies). She has a Windows 10 laptop, I have Mac OS 10.13. Both of us have the same problem. When we connect and login, it looks sucessful. However, we are unable to access our work networks or any internet apps we have locally. This only is a problem at home, with our new Eero network. Neighbors wifi routers work fine when we jump on them. Eero was unable to expalin, thought I should contct Pulse with the following information.
Comcast DNS IPs: 75.75.75.75, 75.75.76.76
Any ideas?

Am I correct in assuming this is your home network?
If so your running a /8 at home which could cause issues with your Work. Most companies run 10 nets as well. Since your accounting for all IPs with in that range you would get conflict.
I genrally recommend running your home network on 192.168.0.0/16 or 172.16.0.0/12
a good choice would be birthday, say your born in 1975. go with 172.19.75.0/24 for your home network. You will most likely not have issue then.
Your settings would look like this:
Note: Your Gateway would be 172.19.75.1 and Broadcast would be 172.19.75.255 (If your Router asks)
Should be more then enough IPs for a home network and most likely out of any range your respective companies use. (253 usable)
for your DNS Comcast should be fine. Although you may beable to get better speeds out of google or open DNS.
Google is 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
OpenDNS is 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220
Hope this helps.

Hello Napabar,
This could be due to overlapping routes since 10.0.0.0/8 range is widely used in most corporate networks. If this occurs, then there is a setting called route precedence which is default to endpoint routes.
Is it possible to change the subnet IP range on the Eero network to a smaller subnet?
Thank you! That's what it was!!!
