Have any of you experience where HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook or HP EliteBook 830 G6 Notebook. When after install ps-pulse-win-9.1r15.0-b15819-64bit-installer. After user shutdown and bootup the Windows, when reach the windows login screen. User press enter+ctr+dlt button to login. But all user see is a blur screen and unable to enter the username & password login to windows.
Our customer has to reboot the laptop and login as safe mode. Disable the PCS client service then user can login.
