error during "pulse secure" installation in my personal laptop

Hello,

I am facing the following error during "pulse secure" installation in my personal laptop :

"
An error occurred during installation of assembly
Microsoft.VC80.CRT,type="win32",version="8.0.50727.762",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64"
"


My laptop has the following configuration:

OS: Windows8
Processor: Intel Core I3
RAM : 4GB

Also I have latest updated McAfee antivirus.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Is this standard Windows or Windows RT?
Does the Windows Store version work?
