"Drawing" error: Pulse Secure doesn't disappear completely, requires reboot

Hi there

Often when I get my Windows 10 PC out of standby (with two screens connected) the Pulse Secure "connect" window pops up and "jumps" to one of the screens. It then quickly disappears, leaving a "stain" on the screen.

Have a look at this: https://imgur.com/a/8jOEnTs

There are two "stains", highlighted by the red arrows. They are above all (!) windows, even above the task manager. Interestingly, the only window able to cover them is the Pulse Secure "connect" window (see the green arrow). It also perfectly well fits the shape of that stain - notice the shadow drawn around the window which is the same.

It always requires a reboot to fix this and it's very annoying.

Is there any solution? Turning screens off, going back to standby; restarting Pulse Secure Service... I tried a lot of things, doesn't work.

Regards,

Florian
