uninstall encoutered errors and has rolled back

Due to numerous problems when trying to connect, I decided to reinstall Junos Pulse 5.0 on my Windows 10 desktop. When uninstalling, I am getting the error message you see in the title. Is there anything I can do?

same.... is there a log file outputted we can parse and check what is going on ?

(I saw some comments around the net that recommends to increase/add a DWORD reg key of 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\MaxNumFilters' to '14' .. didn't work)

UPDATE. Standard 'Program Files (x86)' landing has 'install.log'.. Which pipes out the uninstall trace.

'Meta installer uninstall returned 1603.' That's the line ...

The Microsoft tool mentioned by jaystevens worked for me on Windows 10 !

The Microsoft's fixer allowed me to remove the "Pulse Secure" item from my "Control Panel -> Uninstall Programs" list, but... not much else.

1. Nearby "Pulse Secure Setup Client", "Pulse Secure Setup Client Activex Control", "Pulse Secure Setup Client 64-bit Activex Control" items were not removed. (I was able to uninstall them normally)
2. The "Pulse Secure Network Service" was even still running.
3. No related files were removed. E.g. I had to manually remove:
   1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Juniper Networks\
   2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Juniper Networks\
   3. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Juniper Networks\
   4. C:\Users\Public\Juniper Networks\
   5. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Juniper Networks\
   6. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Juniper Networks\
   7. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Pulse Secure\
4. I had to manually remove the "Pulse Secure User Interface" from startup.
5. Also, fixer generated "C:\MATS\{86C5CDDF-0B65-41F4-869C-B3FFB72A4672}"
6. The Windows registery still contains all the related keys.

I don't have a troubleshoot option for removing programs. Which troubleshoot option did you select?
