Can Pulse Secure be installed in Windows CE?

Hi everyone,

The company I'm consulting to is using this tool to connect into their network.

Factories that sit outside the network use it to connect and access apps like SAP.

The question is, if in such factories we have mobile terminals like forklift computers or handheld devices with scanner running Windows CE, can Pulse Secure be installed and run in these devices?

Thank you very much in advance.

Duarte

Re: Can Pulse Secure be installed in Windows CE?

Short answer: No
Long answer (to add to [email protected]'s answer): none of the embedded/"tiny" OS versions of Windows are supported as they do not have the full capability of Windows.
if, however, those systems have an IKEv2 client that can be configured, either built-in to the OS or installed as a 3rd party app, you can use that to connect to the PCS server and provide VPN access.

As @zanyterp mentioned, IKEv2 is a good alternative solution. 👍👍👍

Re: Can Pulse Secure be installed in Windows CE?

Many thanks for the suggestions, we will look at devices where such IKEv2 clients are included or can be installed.

Cheers
