Citrix Receiver iOS 7 Per-App VPN

Hi,
has anyone the Citrix Receiver working with Per-App VPN and with MobileIron as MDM which manages the Receiver ? I have problems with the ICA traffic not passing to the tunnel.

I have not heard of this.
What are the steps users take to connect?
Do you see connection failure on the user access log?

Citrix Receiver needs the L3 per-app VPN type
I am not aware of this being supported by Mobile Iron yet; however, I would recommend checking with them directly
