To push a configuration file to mobile device, you will need Pulse Workspace or a third party MDM solution (like MobileIron, etc)

No, the same preconfiguration file used by the desktop clients cannot be used by the mobile clients
as kita indicated, the configuration is done in your MDM/EMM console and then pushed down to the client when the MDM/EMM is configured to push the configuration data for Pulse to the client

So, without a MDM/EMM it is not possible to give to the user a simple way to configure Pulse Secure Mobile. In our case, we have a connection with a list of 3 urls, so the end user must configure the 3 manually, right?
