Some of our iOS devices are unable to connect to Pulse Secure VPN. They receive an error "Your Remote Access Certificate has expired".
In the Pulse Secure client settings (Authentication > Certificate), we have found the client certificate is missing on these devices.
We are pushing the VPN profile to the iOS device using Microsoft Intune, which contains a SCEP certificate. We confirmed that the SCEP certificate has been issued to the device and is present in the MDM profile. However, it is missing in the Pulse Secure client authentication settings.
Re-pushing the VPN profile to the device doesn't resolve it.
What is causing the certificate to be missing from the client? How can be fix it or prevent it from occuring?
@hacks have you read this KB about similar issue?
It talks about the problem similar to yours though slightly older release.
If this doesn't help, have you logged case for this problem?
