Pulse Secure 7.1.2.78829 failing on iPad IOS 12.2

Hi All,

 

We have updated the Pulse Secure App on our iPads to version 7.1.2.78829, however we are seeing now that Pulse Secure fails to connect. Error message we are getting is 'Connection Error'

iPads are running latest version 12.2.

 

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Are the other devices like Windows, Android able to connect to the VPN normally?

Does the "connection error" comes after authentication or after clicking on the connect button?

What do you see on the pulse mobile client logs at that timestamp? Please paste the relevant log snippets.

are you logging in using the pulse client or logging in through the web and clicking on "start"?
