Pulse Secure Mobile on Android

Hi, 

For connecting to a client VPN, i downloaded Pulse Secure mobile app for iOS and Android. On iOS, everything works smooth and app connects to client VPN but on Android, it says "Reconnecting" most of the times. 

I m not able to connect to VPN on Android. I tried common resolutions like doing on-off flight mode and restarting the phone but didn't work. 

Your urgent help would be highly appreciated.

I have a tablet with Android 7.0

How are you authenticating (SAML, certificates, username/password, etc)?
Does the appliance show the login succeeding?
