Pulse Secure on iPhone sux

Have anyone in the company actually used their product on an iPhone?
It is totally impossible to read any of the messages when logging in without a magnifying glass.

I have tried to point this out to support, but they don't want to listen.
It is in violation with Apple's HIG, and one wonder how it got passed.

Hello Jorgen,

Was this issue reported to Pulse Secure via case manager? If so, could you provide the case number. My understanding is this should not be the case. Also, we do use Pulse Secure Mobile internally within our company.

No it was reported, but I have tried to point it out several times to support here, but of no avail.

If you are using it on an iPhone in the company, as you claim, I don't understand why no-one has fixed it. It is blatantly obvious. You just can't read the text and the 'submit' button is very hard to hit.

I'm a contractor to the company that uses it, so it's not really in my interest to complain. But you would think that Pulse Secure would be interested not to break Apple's HIG.

Re: Pulse Secure on iPhone sux

Unfortunately, like kita, I do not see an issue with text or button size when I connect.
We had received several reports on early versions of the buttons and fields being too small; but those have been rectified
Do you know if a custom sign-in page is being used or if it is the default page?

I don't know if it's the default page, or not, but it's impossible to read the messages and extremely hard to hit the submit button without hitting something else.

You must be blessed with very good sys sight.
