Pulse secure battery drain and not working

Pulse secure 7.0 just says it's connected, yet nothing works over the VPN on a iphone 5s, plus the battery of the device drains in just a couple of hours whether the phone is used or not! You've caused mayhem for the telecoms market in the UK that uses it.

Have you managed to fnd the solution? I'm currently stuck with the Pulse Secure after upgrading to iOS11 (32-bit). Pulse Secure stopped running on iOS11 and doesn't resume work. Should I upgrade Pulse Mobile client to 6.7.0 and follow the guide?

We have released Pulse Mobile iOS Version 7.0.2, which resolves the battery drain usage. It is now available in the app store if you have not upgraded yet. What iOS are you currently running on your devices?
