Pulse secure for Android connects but I don't see the network

I installed the pulse secure client on my android. It seems like I was able to connect to my work VPN server, but I can't see any machine on the network and my phone ip address didn't change.
Any ideas regards?

Do you know if the system is configured for L3 access? What does the user access log show?
