how to download Pulse Secure client for Android devices from China

Hello,

I'm a Pulse Secure user from China, as you know, Google play is blocked in China, I cannot connect to Google play to download Android client.

I don't want to download it from 3rd party Android market from China, Because most of the time the version is not latest and I cannot make sure it is no virus.

Is there any official place to download Android client.
