Is there a doc on APIs for UAC, to manage user accounts?

Can you elaborate on your use case ?

I can think about couple features like IF-MAP , for User session Information Federation.

However I am not sure whether it can in your case.

UAC does not provide any API or SDK to manipulate the data.

Michael - you can of course export and import the data using the XML format. I have had customers get quite creative wherein they use Perl scripting to create XML import files that load the desired information.

The UAC Admin guide has very detailed documentation on how to use XML for import / export.
