CAN NOT SEE FULL AUTH SERVERS OPTIONS ON IC6500

IÇm working with a UAC solution (IC6500) release 4.4R4. I cannÇt see the full options for Authentication Servers, I mean just can see the option Local Authentication on box "New". Obviusly I can not create for example a new "Active Directory Auth Server " .

Can you help me, why can not see any more auth server type besides "Local Authentication"?

Hi Felipe,

I think the issue is due to either license  missing  or improper license with feature list missing.

Please work with Juniper Advanced customer care, install the right user license in IC to get all the auth servers listed in IC6500.

Optionally you can also get evaluation license from Juniper advanced customer care or JTAC for checking this.

This should fix the issue

Thanks everyone for your responses. We have tried adding the following license: IC 6500 with 35000 simultaneous endpoints, 16 week license (IC6500-EVAL-16W) After which, we can now create External servers for authentication. Cheers
