Has anyone configured Radius authentication to work via a Cisco ACS from a CTP2024? I have figured out the correct attributes for both the CTPView Server and CTPView but am unable to get authentication to work from the actual CTP's themselves via ssh.
- I have confirmed that the CTP can talk to the Cisco ACS with no issues.
- The shared secret is the same on both devices
- If you have a local username on the CTP and try to authenticate via ACS the ACS log shows authentication successful but doesn't give you access to the CTP
- If you don't have a local username on the CTP and authenticate via ACS the ACS logs show invalid password (even though the password is correct).
Any ideas?
Hi Jeff,
I understand that you are trying to configure Radius authentication to work via a Cisco ACS from a CTP2024, you need to post the query in the below routing forum which where CTP related queries can be answered by appropriate people

What is the CTP OS version in use?
Kanan,
I will post in the routing forum as well per your suggestion. I just figured this was more a Identity/Control issue than a routing problem which is why I posted here.
CTP OS is currently 6.2 R5
