Cannot Access /admin page over pulse client connection

Hello All,

I am new to the pulse platform and have found that i cannot access the /admin page over the pulse client tunneling.  

-I'm trying to access it on the mgmt port.

-Administrator sign-in is enabled on the mgmt port

-There are no IP source restrictions for the mgmt port under the Admin user auth policy

-Iocal routes look accurate on the client

-ACL's are in place for the mgmt vlan and are being applied to the user according to policy trace

-The applicable ACL is unresticted for the mgmt vlan

-I'm able to reach other resources on the same vlan

-when i go to the /admin page url, the page does not respond at all

-traceroute to the mgmt IP does not return any hops

What setting am i missing?  Thank you.

unfortunately, you are most likely not missing anything. if you you connected to that PPS as a user through Pulse, admin access is denied. you need to be signed in as a user to a different PPS.
