Re: Cannot login to SBR administrator

Hi Panos,

You should open a JTAC case on this for further troubleshooting.

The procedure in the KB, is the one that you need to follow for reseting the initial administrator account _for SBR Admin access and the Admin username provided will be added as the SBR adminstrator with these steps.

You should only use the Username in the initial_admin_account.dat_ and no passwords are required

To identify whether the licence is an issue, you can verify the SBR debug logs which by default is the radius working directory in the format yyyymmdd.log.

Thanks

Re: Cannot login to SBR administrator

Hi Ashish,

I am attaching today's log file here in case you have an idea (System date is not accurate). I can see that the licence has expired and I also get some other erros.

Am I entitled to open a GTAC case if my licence is expired or do I have to renew it first?

Thanks.

Re: Cannot login to SBR administrator

Hello Panos,

I took a look at the logfile which you have attached and can see several issues occuring. Aside from the expired trial license, the most concerning log entry is that the DCF system failed to start.

Is this machine joined to a domain ? If so, please try to re-join it to the domain, the dcf errors appear to be related to the Windows Domain module.

You would need to speak with a customer care agent to determine your Support Eligibalilty, they can be reached at (888) 314-5822.

Regards,

Rich
