Couldn't connect user for 802.1x authentication

Hi,
I am facing an issue in the pulse policy secure (version 9.0R2.1) for 802.1x authentication. When I try to connect the Enterprise user (used for 802.1x authentication) in pulse client (Window 7 PC), the user is authenticating but it is not getting connected. Also, it doesn't show any error message. I couldn't find the root cause for the issue. Has anyone faced the same issue?

do you see a difference with windows 10?
i would recommend opening a case with our support team

Thanks for the suggestion.
When I try with a different client PC (Windows 10), I cant download the pulse client, will there be any restrictions or do I need to change anything to access this? any suggestion for this? Thanks
