Disallowed USB Storage for Guest User - uisng IC4000

Hi Guys,

We want to implement NAC using IC4000 appliance. Can we use IC4000 to disallow usage of USB storage for Guest User that is connected to a 802.1x enabled port?

Mark, there is no way to disable the use of USB devices via UAC's host check facilty. The only way I know that this can be done is on the SSL VPN platorm in conjunction with SVW (Secure Virtual Workspace).

see if you can prepare a script to automate the process mentioned in this Microsoft's KB link.

if you can prepare a script to perform the operations, use "Session Start/End Scripts" feature of IC/OAC and trigger the script.
