Error when install pulse secure client on MAC OS

Hi All,

i have some issue when install pulse secure client on MAC OS. i can success install pulse secure client but when i import profile or create new connection, it's show issue like picture below and can't success create new connection.

Please help me find solution to resolve this issue

A few questions:

1.  What version of MAC OS X?

2.  What version of Pulse Desktop Client?

3.  How are you installing it?  Installer or from a PPS/PCS appliance web login?

4.  Was Pulse Desktop previously installed?

5.  What command are you using to install the new connection set?
