Group Policy with OAC

Group policy work while user loggin in the domain but at this time OAC disable all user network process and wait for the checking policy.After checking policy user could not update for GPO objects.What about GPO user policy how do we solve this problem?

I solve the problem by permit rpc port ( gpo use rpc ports ) in hostchecker policy

Could you explain me in detail which host checker policy did you use to open the RPC (135) port?
