How many enforcers can be supported by IC4500 or IC6500

Hi All,

Just want to know, how many host enforcer (L2) and infranet enforcer (L3) can be supported by IC4500 and IC6500 ?

I can't found this information on datasheet.

And, how many user can be added on local database IC4500 and IC6500 ?

I am not aware of any known or published limits on the number of L2 enforcers within UAC. There is however a limit on the number if IEs (Juniper Firewalls) that are supported. The numbers change from version to version and your configuration on the IC will need to be adjusted depening on how many IEs you need to deploy. So, I cannot tell you what the maximum number is. It will depend on those variables. I suggest you engage your sales partner or Juniper sales engineer to help determine this.

I wish I could be more specific, but that is really the safest answer I can give you.

Thank to response my question.

For now, our customer have 80 branches and installed SSG as gateway to Head Office. So all this ssg will be as IE.

And on Head Office have L2 switch for Host enforcer. So both of IC will be support for that number ?

I'm searching for this same answer, could you tell me if your senario worked? I'm still find how many IEs and authententication servers one IC could support, and how many auth tables one SSG firewall could support.
