I have the client 9.1.7 connects great but within seconds the server does not ping me

The desktop pulse connects me correctly and ping the device and the shared folders, 
but when I try to open a network folder that I have access to, it stops pinging me even
though the application is still connected. I have kaspersky endpoint security for windows version 11.3.0.773.
But I think it is not an antivirus problem because I uninstall it and it
still doesn't work. Can you help me?

Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?
