Dear Raveen,

Is there any one to tell how to configure the L2 settings on IC without going to each PC and do the configuration on network adaptor level?

You need to leverage GPOs(Group policy) to enable Wired/Wireless Zero config service. For Pulse installation without user intervention, you can do as part of MSI push. Regards, Raveen
