Is there a document that tells have to manually remove all the bits and pieces of OAC? One of our laptops had an unsucessful uninstall and when they try and re-install it says "JOAC has encountered errors and has rolled back".
There is no uninstall app to remove the rest of it now and nothing to "roll back" to, so we are stuck....
