I have a query regards Odyssey, we have is with the Odyssey client on windows7, We are using the feature ñConnect to Odyssey before Windows loadsî so that the users will be able to put in their windows credentials. We use AD credentials to pass through to the windows. But if the account is expired or if the account is set to ñuser must change password at next loginî the Odyssey client will not allow for the change of password. It wont prompt to allow the user to enter a new password.
Would you know of any way around this
OAC will allow change of password when you use domain based user authentication.
When you have ñuser must change password at next loginî the Odyssey client will allow for the change of password.
Hope this clarifies your query
i advice you to use both machine and user authentication same time.
best practice is that.
the other solutions is not working properly
What is the OAC version that you are using?
Did you try with latest version availabel for download?
What is the authentication protocol that you are using, try using EAP-MSCHAPv2 as inner method?
