when we install a new version on our Ic-4500 cluster, the users receive an "upgrade message" only once. How to force an upgrade of Odyssey when they don't want to install the upgrade when receiving this message ?

If the user says 'no' to the message, you can't upgrade the packgae.
However, you can do as part of MSI push.
