PPS prevent new users from login to 1st time to the network !!!

Hi,

when I create a new user in AD, and the user want to login to his machine for the 1st time, the NAC does not allow him to access

I get this error log on the switch:

010844: *Mar 13 02:30:22.837: %AUTHMGR-5-FAIL: Authorization failed for client (7884.3cb6.fa5d) on Interface Gi0/17 AuditSessionID C0A8010C000001063E523968

this issue happens only with new users created on AD, and NAC appliance in place.

how can I solve this issue ??

Maybe you have a setting that the user needs to change their password on first login first.  Can you create a test user, go PPS in a browser on a working computer, log in the first time and see if it wants a password change?
