Program radius recently failed

Hi all,

I have a big problem with radius program installed in the IC4500. I have this error message in the IC events "Program radius recently failed" ____.

The users that uses the RADIUS authentication method receive the the following message "Authentication has failed" .

I have IC4500 with 4.1 R3 (build 17665) version.

i use the OAC client.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

Hi,

From the event logs, it seems that radius component is crashing.

You would need to open a JTAC case to investigate the issue further, Ensure you attach atleast the following on the case

Event log file (which contains the assertion)

Any System Generated snapshots, process snapshots and admin generated snapshots
