RDSFARM ISSUE

I have done a configuration part in in sa4500 for rds farm access(win 2012 R2),by publishing RDS gateway URL and creating session hosts in WSAM.But while connecting the RDS , i am getting the gateway page and from there an error getting while logging .error seems "remote desktop access closed, check the remote computer" . May I know what could be the issue.

Is this through the PPS/NAC appliance as well as the PCS?
Where is the user located?

Users and appliance located in uk. Issue got resolved by configuring wsam as session breaker is not support for RDS in Pulse secure .
