Radius authentication accepted for (realm 'Unavailable'

Hi,

I recently setup a IC4500 cluster to provide radius authentication for a group of test wireless AP. I was looking through the user access logs and noticed IÍm getting weird radius authentication from an unknown realm?

Is this just the NAD authenticating with the IC or did I misconfigure something?

Here is an example of the log message.

System(Unavailable)[] - Radius authentication accepted for (realm 'Unavailable') from location-group 'Wireless'

It seems to me that Infranet Controller was unable to choose a compatible realm for the user authentication

Can you cross check your realm selection configuration, including Sign in Policy configuration and protocol set configured etc.

Do you have multiple realm in the sign in policy ?
