We've been running SBR Carrier 7.3.1 Cluster Edition for almost a month now, and been using some monitoring systems that rely on the snmp features.
We are noticing that some OID such as ____funkSbrRatesAcctStopCurrentRate have always given values of zero, although the SBR actually do/have some actual values, proven by the log files and the packets sent/received by the radius clients. But some other values which are included in the very same MIBs have provide real and actual numbers.
We've already tried some actions to resolve this issues, all of them give no satisfaction:
- init.jnprsnmpd hup
- init.jnprsnmpd stop and init.jnprsnmpd start
- kill -HUP radius
- kill -USR2 radius
- ./sbrd restart
If you see incoming Accounting packets in logs then ____funkSbrRatesAcctStopCurrentRate attribute returning 0, could possibly a bug.You will have to open a JTAC case.
