Serial console

Hi,

I am not sure that is normal behaviour - my UAC after upgrade from factory software to newest 6.3 loses serial console. There is message about configurations, then message about BIOS and nothing else. No menu to change IP, etc. Should I open a case in J-TAC or it is normal?
