Status Infranet Controller Terminated but L2 Connection is establish

Hi All,

I want to deploy UAC using L2 scenario and the L2 authentication is work already,user get their ip, but status on Infranet Controller is Terminated.

As i know while POC, the Infranet Controller status must be establish.

When POC i use IC version 2.1, for now i use version 3.0R3

need your suggest asap guys.

I just pausing the Kaspersky protection, and all working then. I thought it's because of the Firewall or Proactive defense feature on kaspersky.

But we have bypass the kaspersky by disabling it and deleting for the system. But the problem still remains the same. dot1x authentication completes and the client get the IP, layer-3 session terminates but the client is able to get the access of its desires services. one thing more i would like to add is, when we see a terminated session on client we deletes all the session from the IC and let it rebuilt the session again. after that, the client get its session established but the other client got the terminated message. the same configuration is working on the other IC with the same model number of IC and same OS. Please shed some light over it.

Would you share the screen capture of OAC client and User access Log on IC ?

Sometimes, if you do some changes on IC you should to restart IC services.

HI,

Required L3 connectivity for establishing session with IC (port 443 should be open from the concern VLAN to IC ), 

you can verify the L3 connectivy using telnet to the IC with port 443.
