is there some tool for estimate the quantity of users of UAC in a network?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question.

Are you asking if there is a tool to help you discover how many UAC users are on the network? If so, the Status Page on the IC shows the current number of users signed on to the IC.

If this is not what you mean, please be more specific.
