Uac infra net and. Isg infra net enforcer. Issue

I have to configure isg ask infra net enforce and uac infra net 4500 are both connecting on same subnet and pingable also but when I execute then command on isg by doing ssh to it I get the output connected/closed when I do the get infranet controller command .....
I even saw kb11119 but no luck, any advice ."......?

The Connected/Closed status indicates that the SSH connection attempted by the IC to the ISG failed.

On the ISG...issue the command : 'get event'

Look for a failed SSH login from the IC. Chances are good that the password you supplied on the IC's firewall page does not match the one used on the ISG.

well it was not password issue, it was the case of permitted IP issue which were allowed to ssh the isg device
