Hi guys,
As mentioned above, I'm unable to launch SBR Admin locally but the radius service works fine. I did follow below KB but still not works.

I get a Java Error as attached after follow KB above.
As a work around, Is there any other way of adding user or radius client without using SBR Admin ?
Please help !!!
Additional Info : The OS version is Win 2008 R2

can you try restarting the radius service and see whether it helps?
Also try using Internet explorer broswer instead of firefox and chrome?

Is this SBR-Enterprise ?
Whats the client OS ? Can you try and disable the Java Plugin's in the browser and see whether that helps ?

This appears to be gpv license verification problem.
You could delete webdeployer directory and check if that helps!
Workaround:
If you are running SBR GEE(enterprise) or SBR carrier, you could connect to SBR via LDAP(LCI feature).
