Unauthenticated when the session opens

Hello everyone !

I'm on Junos Pulse Access Control Service, with the certificate authentication, and I have a question : when I start or restart my computer, the authentication (wired) works when starting the user session but when I close and open my user session the authentication doesn't work.. I have a message "authentication failed" and I have to disconnect and reconnect my thread to be able to connect properly. Therefore, it prevents my GPO work, so I can not install a msi that runs logon (because not authenticated logon).

Do you know where my problem may come, of my UAC or my GPO configuration ?

I inform you that even if I'm in a clean environment (without GPO), I'm still not authenticated after closing my user session.

Would it be possible for you to share Detailed Level Logs from Pulse client along with Timestamp details to co-relate the failure ?
