Users are seen twice under Active Users

Hi all,

I have a lab environment with an IC running 2.2.

When I look under Active Users, I see two entries per users. It seems that one is related to the connection to the IC and the other is related to the 802.1x authentication, because the time is slightly different.

Do you have an idea if this is a normal behavior?

How did you install the OAC onto user's PC?

I did install it using the IC automatic install.

I'm using Layer 2 and Layer 3 enforcement.

I observe the same behavior. The same login is reported twice in active user.

How did you solve the problem ?

This is normal behavior. If you configure OAC to use both L2 and L3 connections, the user will show up twice and use two licenses.
