machine authentication linux (SBR)

Dear all,

meanwhile i've got machine authentication for windows machines up and running for wlan (and lan)

I was wondering if anybody knows if this feature can be used with linux clients? or that a clever thing can be done with the oddessey client?

Regards,

Gerard

Re: machine authentication linux (SBR)

This feature is not available on the Linux version of SBR. Our machine authentication levarages the Windows LSA mechanism on the Windows server SBR is installed on. SBR does not use any samba implemenations which would be the only way to make this work on Linux or Solaris.

Hope that answers your question.
