radius authentication rejected

we are getting the bellow error on the log when a user tries to login to the system 

radius authentication rejected realm\username

i am using a cisco SG250 smb switch

do you see any messages on the switch?
do the location group & attributes all look ok?
i would recommend opening a case with our support team

this is actually a test poc at a customer yes the location group is set to default group as for the attributes i believe that is correct

my challenge is that i don't know if the cisco sg250 switch is a supported switch for nac
