users not authorized after changing his pasword

i am using a cisco smb sg350 switch with pulse nac

802.1x is set and works perfectly using the native client and not the pulse agent and set up correctly to use computer and user and active directory is setup as the auth server on pulse

However we noticed when the use changes his ad credentials, we start noticing a flicking on the switch and the pulse nac log, 

something like authorize, unauthorize and so on

What could be wrong
