windows 2008 and microsoft native agent issue

Dear friends,

microsoft native agent using peap is not able to authenticate to windows 2008 server
2008 server is sending reset packet back Infranet controller.



any idea ????

User authentication with Windows native supplicant using PEAP with inner method EAP-MSCHAPv2, will *not* work bydefault.. I have tested this, a KB for this is on the way. Please try using older cryptographic algorithms that are compatible with windods NT.

In addition to allowing nt4 crypto, you will have also have to configure the DC to send LM &NTLM responses as it has been disabled by default in Server 2008 and our Samba code requires it.
