windows server 2008 R2 and UAC

Hello

is supported windows server 2008 R2 on UAC as authentication server?

Can we use Microsoft NAP instead of Odyssey Access Client?

Regards

Re: windows server 2008 R2 and UAC

2008R2 still has a lot of limitations: see http://www.juniper.net/alerts/viewalert.jsp?actionBtn=Search&txtAlertNumber=PSN-2010-09-936&viewMode...

Machine authentication doesn't work, but you can use computer certificates as a workaround. I'm not sure if there is a way to do user auth yet.

Don't know about the microsoft clients, theoretically it might work but they will not support all features (like hostchecker) and I think managing them is a lot more difficult

UAC is not not qualified to work with Windows 2008R2 yet.

We have issues with MAchine Authentication and support for MSCHAPv2 based authentications.

Should you have SBR(6.1.4 and above), you can proxy the request as a workaround.
